The Pink Boots Society is offering four scholarships to attend the upcoming Australian Craft Brewers Conference in Brisbane on 20-21 July.
Dedicated to empowering female beer professionals to advance their career in the industry through education, Pink Boots is generously providing a ticket to both days of the conference, return economy flights and three nights’ twin share accommodation (sharing with another Pink Boots member/conference attendee).
The scholarship is open to anyone who is eligible to be a Pink Boots Society Australia member, so that’s a female who earns an income from beer in any way, shape or form. The applicant must be available to travel to Brisbane on Tuesday, 19 July and return Friday, 22 July.
To enter, explain in 500 words or less:
- Why you would like to go to the conference?
- What you expect to get out of the conference?
- How will you ‘Pay it Forward’ to your fellow Pink Boots Society members?
Applicants have until midnight tonight to lodge the submission and should send them to jayne@pinkbootssociety.com.au, with the subject line ‘Pink Boots Scholarship Application’ and a phone number. Successful applicants will be notified on Monday, 11 July and announced on the Pink Boots Australia Facebook page.
