Calling all homebrewers – The Vic Hotel, in Sydney’s inner-western suburb of Enmore, has launched a search for the best homebrewer, and the grand prize is completely awesome.
The beers will be judged by a tasting panel, including brewers from Young Henry’s and the Malt Shovel Brewery, with the winner scoring the chance to have their recipe brewed by the gents at Young Henry’s and sold at The Vic.
