Two years after it closed down, the Lord Raglan Hotel has been given a mighty facelift and has re-opened as a new craft beer venue for Sydney’s inner-southern suburbs.

Driving the update has been The Rocks Brewing Co. team, who have reworked the interior of the old hotel into an ‘industrial chic’ motif, complete with beer-themed artwork from local graffiti artist Avery Clark.

The updated pub now features 16 rotating taps of the best local and international craft beer as well as an extensive range of bottled beers – and no pokies or gambling in sight.

“The Lord Raglan is going to be the kind of pub where the staff know everyone, and the regulars come in to sit at the bar and have a good chat,” says Rocks Brewing Co Managing Director, Mark Fethers. “We firmly believe that pokies are very damaging and we refuse to have them in our properties. Our focus here is to build a place where locals can get a good cold beer, some fantastic food, and just relax.”
