Stella Artois has released a special limited edition bottle in honour of its origins of being brewed as a Christmas gift for the people of Leuven, Belgium, each holiday season.
The story behind Stella Artois’ Christmas origins is told in “Originally Brewed to Celebrate Christmas” a new TV commercial, which is now airing nationwide.
Stella Artois has also created a series of online short films which reveal that key props featured in the TV commercial, are, in fact, real-life gifts. A piano, a film camera, holiday lights and even snow are given to lucky recipients as part of the series shot in Argentina, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The nostalgic 750ml bottle is available from Coles Liquorland by itself, as a complimentary gift with the purchase of a case of 24 bottles of Stella Artois ($48 RRP) or in a Christmas Gift Pack of four 330ml bottles of Stella Artois with an accompanying pair of Chalices (RRP $20).
