South Australian brewery Prancing Pony has opened its new brewing facilities, including the ‘Brewshed’, which is licensed for 120 people and can hold functions for up to 300 people.
“After only two short years, the original Brewshed in the Mt Barker Industrial site could no longer accommodate the busy production,” said co-founder Corinna Steeb.
“On weekends the Brewshed was packed with people flocking to see the brewery in operation. We continuously turned people away so we decided to make the big move. Our new site is much bigger, has a great outdoor seating area and most of all we now have a proper kitchen.”
Located in the Adelaide Hills, guests can enjoy some fresh Prancing Pony beers at the brewery complete with snacks and a range of burgers, all made with locally-sourced ingredients.
Prancing Pony beers can be found on the menu at SA culinary institutions Sean’s Kitchen and Jamie’s Italian as well as selected venues across the country.
The new Prancing Pony Brewshed is open seven days a week from 10am-6pm. Brewery tours and guided beer tastings can be arranged by appointment.
Prancing Pony Brewery is located at 42 Mt Barker Road, Totness SA
