Paddy’s Brewery is hosting an inaugural festival to highlight the new season hops from this year’s hop harvest in March.
It represents an opportunity for visitors to try beers with new season hops while showcasing new hop varieties, home grown hops, wild hops, new season hops and experimental hops.
Brewers will also be dispensing fresh versions of their existing beers along with specialty beers involving hops added at different stages of the brew. A Randall/Hopinator will also be on show to experiment with adding various hops to different beers.
Participating breweries: St Peters, Black Duck, Hunter Beer Co., Mudgee, Mountain Ridge, Bad Lands, Murray’s, Happy Goblin, Lord Nelson, 4 Pines, Ekim Brewing Co. and Paddy’s Brewery.
