Moa is looking to become the first publicly listed Kiwi craft beer company, if the NZX approves their stock for sale.
With a little help from their executive chairman Geoff Ross – founder of the highly successful 42 Below Vodka brand, now owned by Bacardi – Moa is looking to make an initial public offering of $15 million worth of shares. Interested investors are being asked to register via at ownabrewery.co.nz until October 9.
The brand has gone from strength to strength after their purchase by Business Bakery and private equity firm Pioneer Capital, starting exports to Australia, the US and increasingly throughout their home base in New Zealand.
