The Independent Brewers Association (IBA) has appointed Business Solutions Hub to provide a human resource service to its members, beginning in July.
IBA members will have access to Business Solutions Hub, which offers a suite of editable workplace policies, employment contracts, procedures, templates, checklists and factsheets. The content is updated regularly as the rules and regulations change, meaning IBA members can be confident they will have the most up-to-date information.
Sabrina Kunz, IBA’s Head of Industry Development said: “We are thrilled to have appointed Business Solutions Hub to provide even more support to our members.
“Our members want to be head down, focused on making high quality beer. This service can give them the confidence to support their workforce or grow their team while being compliant with the complex regulatory environment. Our small business owners can rest assured knowing they have someone to call who can steer them in the right direction.”
The new service will also give IBA members access to up to three hours of free advice from a human resources professional, who can provide information interpretation on the policies, procedures and documentation. These professionals can also provide guidance on topics such as on-boarding and induction, recruitment, performance management and employee benefits.
Business Solutions Hub also keeps on top of changes to Awards and legislation so members will always be up-to-date when it comes to managing and complying with National Employment Standards and Fair Work.
The new service will roll out for members in early July as part of the IBA’s new website launch.
