Brewers and beer lovers from here and around the world are being invited to Hop Products Australia’s second Virtual Harvest from March 3 where topics explored will range from carbon neutral beer, experimental hop sensory analysis, the art and science of beer recipe design and the fascination with fresh hop beers.

Take a look around HPA’s Victorian hop farms in the foothills of Mount Buffalo and learn about the farms’ connection to the Gold Rush and meet the team behind their crop.
