In a celebration of traditional Belgian beer styles on Belgium’s national holiday, Stomping Ground are hosting a four course, five beer banquet at their Moorabbin Beer Hall on July 21.
Their beer experts and brewers will host the evening in the Boiler Hall event space at their newest venue in Moorabbin, amongst the refurbished Morris Moor complex, formerly the Phillip Morris factory.
Beer styles include a Belgian Pale, Framboise-Witbier, Belgian Blonde with Brettanomyces, Belgian Tripel and a Belgian Chocolate Stout, while the menu boasts four courses of decadence designed to match, with twice cooked pork belly, duck ham and a dark chocolate and peanut blondie all featuring.
Diners will be walked through a tasting of a beer each course, as well as one on arrival, while they enjoy the specially prepared food pairings in the grand, yet intimate setting.
Tickets are now available via Eventbrite.
