Beerfarm has announced three key appointments to its finance, marketing, and food operations teams as it embarks on a period of national expansion.
The Western Australia-based brewery is entering a period of significant financial investment, with a major kitchen upgrade for the Metricup brewery in WA and construction expected to begin soon on a new venue at Glenworth Valley on the NSW Central Coast.
The three new appointments include Dennis Lynn, who has been appointed as Head of Finance, and brings a wealth of industry experience, having most recently worked as Stone & Wood’s Group Financial Controller. Lynn will play a key role in evolving the Beerfarm brand and executing the brewery’s business strategy.
Heading up Marketing and Activations will be Jessica Craig, who will draw on her 14 years of experience with major consumer brands to ensure that the Beerfarm brand, products, and experience is consistent across all platforms and venues.
As the new kitchen opens at the Metricup brewery, Hayden Vink will join Beerfarm as Head Chef. Vink has worked in high-end restaurants in France and Portugal and will focus on locally-sourced ingredients, creating menus with both European and South Asian influences.
Darrel van Dort, Chief Operating Officer, Beerfarm, said he is looking forward to the new appointments and the continued growth of the Beerfarm business.
“We’re thrilled to welcome some exceptional talent to the Beerfarm team. Each are industry leaders in their fields and will add tremendous value as we expand our premium beverages, exceptional local food and genuine experiences to a wider and more national base,” he said.
