In more good news for beer festival goers, events in both Perth and the Hunter Valley have announced they are going ahead.
Following the recent word that the Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney GABS festivals, as well as BeerFest in various locations, will go ahead, the Perth Craft Beer Festival and the Hunter Valley Beer & BBQ Festival are also happening in the coming months.
The Perth Craft Beer Festival will be held over a weekend at the Claremont Showgrounds from September 4 – 6. The Hunter Valley Beer & BBQ Festival will be staged at Hope Estate, also across a weekend, from November 14 – 15.
Perth’s three-day event will feature more than 50 breweries and cideries from across the country, including WA favourites Beer Farm, Rocky Ridge and Boston Brewing Co. The full line-up is to be released next week.
At Hope Estate, it will be a celebration of all things beer and BBQ, where, alongside the presence of multiple craft beer options, it will stage sanctioned rounds of both the Steak Cookoff and Australasian BBQ Alliance Championships.
