Ise Kadoya microbrewery began in 1997 out of a passion for beer making and beer drinking. Operating under the philosophy of hard work and passion, the brewery has been humbled by their success in the 13 years since bottling their first batch of Pale Ale.
After winning their first international beer awards in 2003, the company has striven to maintain their quality and reputation – even destroying 1000L of beer due to a mishap in the maturing process – with their hands on approach to brewing.
With a capacity to produce 12 kiloliters of beer every month the company has a range of regular brews: Pale Ale, Brown Ale, Stout, Shinto Beer (Sinto) and Kumano Kodo Ale. The latter two being an American Pale Ale and an American-style Brown Ale respectively.
