American craft beer week 2013 goes red white and brew

From May 13-19, the eighth annual American Craft Beer Week (ACBW) will celebrate all things craft beer and brewing around the US.

The “Big Week, Small Breweries” festival will see events all across the country as the more than 2,400 small and independent American brewers celebrate all things beer.

New for 2013 is the American Craft Beer Week Coast to Coast Toast that will see a simultaneous toast to craft beer take place across the US (8pm Eastern Time and 5pm Pacific Time) on Thursday, May 16.

With events ranging from tap takeovers and tasting tours, to food pairings and festivals, ACBW will be celebrated in a multitude of ways. A selection of scheduled 2013 celebrations includes:
