And to celebrate the big one zero a special beer is being launched just for the occasion. Named FEDX, after a public competition to win naming rights, the brew has been a collaboration between Prickly Moses Brewery, Holgate Brewhouse and The 3 Ravens Brewing Company. Not only does the brew boast all-Victorian ingredients, it also contains local rain water from each of the brewers’ respective corners of Victoria. Described as a hoppy Red Ale, it should be an interesting brew to sample.
The showcase will be likewise championing Victorian brewers with over 20 of the best boutique brewers on the list to showcase their wares.
And in a first, this year will also see representatives of the homebrewing community offer up some brews for tasting.
