There is a new addition to the Matilda Bay range with the release of a new brew they have named Minimum Chips, Hand-cut Golden Lager.
Seemingly named for a particular Melbournian fish and chip ordering slang term, the brew has apparently been designed for exactly what the label visually suggests: an afternoon of beer and the classic fish and chips takeout combo.
Described as a mild, malty and crisp Lager, it apparently has some spicy stone fruit aromas as well as a refreshing palate, backed up with a 4.7 % ABV.
The necks of the bottles also feature the new label that will soon grace the entire Matilda Bay range, showing the image of a copper kettle and brickwork.
The brew is available from early November and will set you back $19.99 for a six-pack.
