Carlton Dry’s newest Hello Beer campaign will see them take their product right to their target audience with the Carlton Dry ‘Hello Beer’ bar set to appear at selected festivals around the country.
Teaming up with District Agency, Carlton Dry as created a bar that allows fans to hang out, sink a few coldies and still
watch all the action on the main stage at Big Day Out Gold Coast and Melbourne as well as Future Music Festival Sydney and Perth.
Keeping up with the latest hipster trend of converting shipping containers into watering holes and offices, the bar itself is made from three 40ft long containers and is fully adaptable, meaning it and can be configured as a double stacked viewing deck, a natural amphitheatre for festivals or its own venue. The bar has space for 200 revellers up top and the brand has apparently managed to secure prime locations at all four festivals.
“Being able to head to the bar, pick up a beer and enjoy the music in a pretty cool place is what our consumers love” says Andy Meldrum, Carlton Dry’s General Manager for Marketing. “The ‘Hello Beer’ bar will be one of the best spots for punters to kick back, crack open a Carlton Dry and enjoy all the best bands at Big Day Out and Future”.
