After an enjoyable and successful first year in the business, gypsy brewers La Sirène are now foregoing their nomadic existence in favour of permanent roots.
The popular traditional Farmhouse Ale producing brand will be using the next few months to set up their own brewery in Melbourne’s inner north.
The brewers intend to use their new permanent digs to produce more beer and, indeed, more kinds of beer after the incredible success of their Saisons. However, as these things take time the team estimate that the first bottles will leave the new brewery around the middle of the year.
According to the press release, La Sirène appreciates the immense patience of their fans and is looking forward to restocking shelves with delicious Belgian and French-style Ales in the near future.
