TheAustralian Hotel and Brewery in Sydney’s Rouse Hill is set to launch the Wild West Beer and BBQ Fest on 15 November. Bringing together a massive collection of local craft beers and food, the festival will provide tasting opportunities and delicious grub for ticket holders.
The ‘Beer and BBQ Fest’ will showcase craft beers from the likes of Young Henrys, Lord Nelson, Sydney Brewery, Six String and, of course, Australian Brewery. Ticket holders will be able to meet with brewers to discuss their latest creations, taste and enjoy.
“With so many brands and brews on offer, punters are bound to discover a new favourite,” said Neal Cameron, head brewer at Australian Brewery and festival organiser.
“Navigating the craft beer market can be atricky business with plenty of options out there. By getting these great beers in the one place we’re hoping punters will be able to discover a few new favourites that they can fill the fridge with.”
To keep the taste buds dancing, Beer and BBQ Fest will also appeal to the inner foodie. Each brewery will be nominating a beer to be matched to a particular dish, which will be created by talented chef Sam Youngs at The Australian Hotel and Brewery.
Ticket prices include 10 drink tokens and five food tokens and start at $49.99. Bus transfers from near Central and Parramatta stations will be offered through specified ticket choice.
